Course: Baking Basics: Breads
Course Overview:
If you've never baked before, this course will explain the basic foundations of baking, offer tips for baking specific food groups, and suggest a few recipes to get you started baking. You will easily learn mouthwatering baking recipes and also learn Easy and Quick Pizza Crust Recipe. In this course you will also learn How to bake basic breads step by step, Raisin Bread, and Honey Wheat.
Some people are born with natural baking skills and flair for a certain craft, but even someone with intuition isn't born “the perfect baker, and it's a skill that can be learned in the classroom and in the kitchen. If it's something you'd like to achieve, it will take practice, experience . I would like to help different types of baking.
After this course, you will confidently be able to create some wonderful baking recipes.

Instructor:
Komiko Asami is a professionally trained chef, experienced in France and Japan for more than 10 years. She learned basic pastry skills at the most famous pastry school in Japan, TSUJI culinary institute group. Then she moved to France and worked at a French pastry shop, where she learned authentic French pastry skills. She came back to Japan and worked as a chef for 7 years. She moved to Dubai and opened her own pastry class, she taught pastry skills to not only Japanese but also to people from all over the world. Dubai is a multicultural city so she learned Italian, French, Indian, Chinese and Arabic cooking styles from her friends. |
