  Agile is getting more attention in the business world. To some it is a mystery method used to make software. What is Agile? Many business leaders ask should my project or organization use it? Scrum, the most popular Agile methodology, is a framework for developing and sustaining complex products, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value. This 3-hour live on-line course focuses on the basic principles and concepts of both Agile and Scrum.

Students will learn to leverage The Agile Manifesto as the foundation for all Agile Frameworks, identify the practical differences between Agile and Waterfall approaches, and master characteristics of three of the more popular Agile Frameworks being utilized across all industries
